General Terms and Conditions

The Clean Londoner agrees to administer all work specified by the client in a professional manner.

By ordering any services through The Clean Londoner via Telephone, Email, or via our website the client is agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions set by The Clean Londoner.

The Clean Londoner’s services are insured by public liability cover.

In case of a complaint/claim, The Clean Londoner requires to be notified within 24 hours of the service. Failure to notify after this time limit will render any complaint void under the terms and conditions.

If a client is dissatisfied with the work of an operative, the operative must be allowed to come back and re-do the job at no extra cost within a 24-hour period.

General Claims and Complaints

The Company shall not be liable under any circumstance for any loss, expense, damage or delay costs or compensation which may be suffered or incurred by the Client arising from or in any way connected with a late arrival of Company operatives at the service address.

The Company endeavours to be on time, but sometimes, due to transport reasons and other problems out of the Company's control, the operatives may be delayed.

Damage because of works performed by The Clean Londoner staff or any of its sub-contractors, must be reported to The Clean Londoner within a 24-hour period after the completion of agreed works.

First refusal of repair because of direct actions by The Clean Londoner staff or contractors, must be given to The Clean Londoner to correct.

The Clean Londoner will not be held responsible for damage because of poor craftsmanship, malfunctioning hardware, or bad project management as responsible by the Client. By entering into a service agreement with The Clean Londoner, the client agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use any services provided by a present or past operative introduced to the client by The Clean Londoner in the past 12 months. If the client does wish to hire or use services provided by such an operative, then he/she must pay a referral fee of £2,500.
